I've found it.....

..... the kindred spirit!

I wrote about a beautiful little stall and a lovely young woman (whose name I now know is Paulette) at the Tas Farmgate Market in Hobart.... where I bought all kinds of wonderful, interesting things a few weeks ago.... well, she has a blog and it is fabulous, inspiring, fun and she eats all the crazy stuff I eat!

I just love the pic of the pretty plate of greens and edible flowers. It reminds me of some of my own garden lunches. I have enjoyed your blog for a while. I will be especially grateful for it now, as we head into the winter here in Northern Minnesota (Zone 3). Thanks!

when i arrived home after spending 4 weeks in china my garden was a complete mess. the black radishes had shot up with stalks as tall as myself, purple podded peas had outgrown their stakes and were bowing to the side, and weeds had taken over every bare inch of the ground. as i pruned and weeded, i collected a few herbs, leaves and edible flowers to make a salad to go with a little homemade corn bread for lunch! simple pleasures are often the best i say :)
